Jack is a
professional gambler (and highly talented martial artist) who has been on a
losing streak. His film star sister Lily has gotten into debt to Macau’s most ruthless casino owner.
Jack’s only hope of saving his sister is to win quickly on a cruise ship
plying the Straits of Malacca of the coast of Thailand. The Strait is the most pirate
infested body of water in the world, and when the ship is hijacked, Jack and
his friend Spiker, an Australian beach volleyball player, must track the pirates
to their island, and battle them to the death.
Dire
Straits is a work
